Heat Accumulators
Accumulators, tanks and other devices have to comply with the highest technological standards. Hence, they are quite often subjected to extensive static and chemical exposure. Engineering, calculation, pre-fabrication, installation and commissioning made by Bilfinger Industrial Services GmbH create optimal preconditions in this respect.
Heat accumulators, especially the patented 2 zone accumulator as well as the pressure less heat accumulation system 'Hedbäck' are supplied turn-key, including hydraulic network integration.

Gas Storage and Supply
Grounded pipelines are indispensable when it comes to transport of liquid and gaseous media. Gas storages, designed and installed by Bilfinger Industrial Services GmbH enable a most efficient use of media. Our experienced staff constists of a professional project management, technicans, welders and workers who all work up to the highest standards in regards to quality, timeliness, cost awareness and saftey.

Tanks and other devices
All kinds for tanks, whether double-jacketed for storage of inflamable liquids or LPG-tanks for storage of liquefied gas are supplied installation and commissioning included.
More than that, we are able to manufacture devices like heat exchangers or sieve bottom columns up to a length of approx. 35m and a diameter of 4,5m at our own manufacturing workshops.

Manufacturing Workshops
Bilfinger Industrial Services disposes of production competency, developed over decades. We are a flexible, reliable and efficient partner in the field of international plant construction. Metal processing works like milling, drilling and special production and done both in-house and in job-order production.
We support our customers with the production and revitalisation of complex steel constructions and plant components including mechanical processing. Further, we also produce pipes, components and tanks with a diameter of up to 8.000 mm and 100 tons weight/piece in our up-to-date manufacturing workshops.
