Further training opportunities at Bilfinger

Training and further training and thus the constant development of our employees’ skills are especially close to our heart. Whether apprentice or experienced manager: continuous training and education programmes are available to everyone!

We work with selected, established BIS experts and excellent training providers. For our executives, special qualification programmes take place within our group of companies. The managers then pass on the knowledge and new skills they have acquired to all their colleagues in many "on-the-job" training courses. This way our team is never at a standstill.
