What you should be able to offer...

  • You have completed or will complete your school education in the near future.
  • Good to very good grades will increase your chances of finding an apprenticeship, but they are not everything for us.

Facts about apprenticeships at Bilfinger

Gross annual apprentice compensation according to collective agreement:

1st apprenticeship year € 900.00

2nd year of apprenticeship € 1,090.00

3rd year of apprenticeship € 1,425.00

4th year of apprenticeship € 1,870.00

What will your apprenticeship with us be like?

  • Apprenticeship has high priority
  • In total, we train up to 120 apprentices
  • We offer apprenticeship in the fields of electrical engineering, metal technology, automation technology, materials technology and office administration
  • We have one of the highest apprenticeship rates - both within the Bilfinger Group and in an Austria-wide comparison of companies
  • Anyone who undergoes an apprenticeship at Bilfinger Industrial Services has thus laid the foundation for a working life with challenging tasks.
  • Our aim is to offer all apprentices a job after successful completion of their apprenticeship. Many of our executives began their careers as apprentices in our company.
